Aquatic Treasures

Happy Friday everyone 🙂 The sun is out and I’m excited for the weekend. Yesterday I received the latest Clarins collection and simply had to share it immediately with you all. This season, the Clarins woman resembles an aquatic nymph; emerging from turquoise waters with a luminous complexion, iridescent eyes and lips with a hint of glossy colour. 

This is probably my favourite brand collection so far for Summer; combining golden gloss with terrific teals, each product is a holiday have to have and will accompany tousled tresses and tanned skin perfectly.

The Ombre Iridescente collection contains three cream to powder eyeshadows that beautifully enhance the eyes with a pearlescent veil for daytime, and offer a highly stylized, intensely colourful night time look. I’m dying to try out this unique formulation and test it’s pigmentation and staying power. 

The Aquatic Treasures Summer Bronzing Compact is the most divinely designed maxi compact that contains a sun kissed formula that cares for the skin and protects it against the harmful effects of pollution. The quad colours are matte meaning it’s also perfect for contouring.

The Truly Waterproof Mascara is said to thicken, lengthen and coats lashes for 12 hour non stop waterproof hold. A poolside essential with a peacock shade for the more daring make up wearer.

The accompanying Waterproof Eye Pencil outlines the eyes with an intense, waterproof line in intense black or aquatic green.

The Instant Light Radiance Boosting Complexion Base is a radiance enhancing base which is available in two new summer shades for a naturally luminous and beautifully sun kissed complexion with a moisturizing effect as a bonus.

Last but by no means least Clarins have released an Instant Light Lip Balm Perfector which moisturizes, plumps up, protects and coats the lips in luminous colour with a dewy look. A revamp of my original favourite lip plumping product I’m excited to try this beautiful balm. Does anything catch your eye in this collection?
