I recently met with a relatively new brand to the Irish Beauty market. Free from nasty parabens, sulfates and phthalates, vegan and cruelty free with the most beautiful boho patterned packaging, I was instantly sucked into their skincare and story. Human + Kind believe in giving back; from charity donations and recyclable packaging they’re also free from petrochemicals. The brand create multi tasking, high end products for those who love nature and results. I’ve been trying out a few products from their range and two in particular have worked their way into my regular routine. Formulated to help reveal a brighter more refined complexion their 3-in-1 dreamy creamy Wash Off Facial Cleanser was a stand out pick for me. I recently learned that cotton pads contain harmful shards that can damage the skin over time so the fact that this cleanser comes with a super soft micro fibre cloth is an added bonus. The tube smells tasty and the texture is luxurious yet light. After a busy day I took my make up laden face to the bathroom and really put this product to the test. My heavy duty foundation instantly faded and melted away with ease and my skin felt free from impurities. The gentle exfoliating properties means this is also a multi use product that doesn’t strip the skin of it’s natural oils. The cloth makes the whole experience feel like a pamper session and the tube will add some aesthetic to any simple shelf.
A little goes a long way with these products which I was also impressed with. After cleansing I followed up with their Day + Night Cream. Another selling point, this is a 2-in-1 product which will reduce your usual routine time and save you some money if you’re strapped for cash, by virtue of the fact you no longer need a separate night cream. The formula is a nice light but hydrating texture that’s designed to feed the skin during the day and renew at night. Suitable for all skin types and ages this really is a great all rounder which locks in vital moisture and nutrients for the ultimate complexion protection. Ingredients wise this cream contains the likes of Vitamin E and Aloe Vera meaning it’s extremely gentle and natural, like the rest of the range. The formula also features marshmallow and avocado to sooth skin and make it smell sweet enough to eat. The travel sized kit contains both products and a cleansing cloth and is well worth investing in if you’re interesting in trying out the brand before buying into their full sized products.
